Refund Policy

Life happens — and Bronthie Market Intelligence respects that.

Full refunds are always honored, no questions asked. A 48-hour courtesy notice is appreciated whenever possible.

If travel or material costs were required for your service (such as flights, lodging, or physical production expenses), those will be charged as needed and deducted from the refund total.

After a project has begun, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the level of completion and intellectual materials delivered.

All refund requests must be made in writing to bronthie@bronthiemarketintelligence.com, including the client’s name, date of purchase, and service engaged.
