Bronthie Market Intelligence

By engaging Bronthie Market Intelligence, you agree to the following terms:

1. Brand Alignment & Approval Process 

Bronthie Market Intelligence develops strategy with awareness of franchise systems, national brand guidelines, and partner approval workflows.

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Final creative approvals, legal compliance determinations, and brand authorization remain the responsibility of the client and the franchise brand.

  • Bronthie Market Intelligence is not legal counsel, a franchisor representative, or a compliance authority.

  • All materials developed through consulting engagements are intended to be reviewed and submitted through official brand approval channels prior to public release.

2. Advisement Scope & Limitation of Liability

All recommendations are strategic guidance based on available research, analysis, and market intelligence.

Bronthie Market Intelligence does not guarantee financial outcomes, performance results, or market growth. Final execution decisions and business results remain the responsibility of the client.

3. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential.
Bronthie Market Intelligence may integrate anonymized insights into broader strategic analysis. No identifiable client data is shared externally.

4. Services

Bronthie Market Intelligence provides consulting, strategy, and market intelligence informed by proprietary methodology, secondary research (including Deloitte, eMarketer, Nielsen, and similar verified sources), and qualitative field analysis.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials. Delays in communication or approvals may affect timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, reports, strategies, and creative assets remain the property of Bronthie Market Intelligence unless ownership transfer is stated in writing. Clients receive internal use rights only.

7. Payment

Payment is required prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods include major credit cards, Apple Pay, and secure digital payments processed through platforms such as Wix Payments.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Full refunds are provided with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Any non-recoverable travel or material expenses may be deducted from the refund.

9. Brand Presentation

Clients may be referenced in portfolio materials only with mutual agreement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
