I’m a market intelligence consultant who believes numbers tell stories — if you know how to listen.

 

My work lives at the intersection of data analysis, Latina culture, and strategic positioning, helping businesses uncover what their markets are really saying — not just what the dashboards show.

You know, marketing isn’t a department. It begins with your register, your sales representative in the field — and you. The person behind the counter, the tone of their voice, the pace of their words, the poise of their appearance, and the respect for the customer’s time and money — is my signature mindset.

 

This is where strategy takes its first breath and proprietary data collection quietly begins to inform your business.

My Foundation: Lopez Negrete Communications

Before founding Bronthie Market Intelligence, I began my career at a remarkably high standard within the advertising and marketing industry at Lopez Negrete Communications — Walmart’s Hispanic Agency of Record for over 30 years, yes, 30 years. There, I was trained to treat data with the same respect, curiosity, and cultural intelligence that defined the agency’s legacy.

 

The takeaway: I learned excellence begins where solving for a diverse customer intersects with data intelligence — because when you understand culture deeply, you don’t chase trends; you set them.

The McDonald's Years

From shaping community insights for the high-profile 2020 Houston Census campaign to joining the McDonald’s “McDream Team” at LNC led by Kate Owens — now Head of Value & Affordability at McDonald’s Corporate — I learned data is most powerful when it serves people back.

 

My years leading the McDonald’s app digital ecosystem helped grow $803 M in sales. And the craziest part? Open your App Store right now. Go to Food & Drink, Top Charts. That. Knowing I played a part in getting McDonald’s app to #1 from 2022–2024 still gives me chills.

 

But what mattered more was working alongside the most remarkable owner/operators in the country — together, we dominated the digital game. That kind of compounded intelligence taught me strategy lives in the energy of who you do business for and with. Learning and interacting with executive level thinkers from a global business like McDonald’s set my standards for strategic thinking to a level few ever get to see up close.

 

The takeaway: I create resonance. Because when people feel seen, they buy with loyalty, not impulse.

Director of Marketing, Yellowstone McDonald's

Later, as Director of Marketing for Yellowstone McDonald’s, I unified the impressive franchisee brand and built a customer-first ecosystem across 16 restaurants — mixing mystery shopping with Census demographics, Yellowstone tourism patterns, and Montana’s adventure-seeking spirit into one living, breathing strategy. Working under Owner/Operator Nic Snowberger, who sets the bar higher every day, was an honor. His restaurants? Still home to the juiciest QPCs and crispiest fries.

West Yellowstone — a must-stop. And if you go, say ¡Hola! to Yeyo, the general manager who’s won the Ray Kroc Award not once, but twice — the pedigree of the top 1% of all Managers in the nation.

 

The Takeaway: I see markets like living organisms — every community has a voice. My work is to listen and turn it into a moment that moves both people and profit.

Now, through Bronthie Market Intelligence, I offer a new way of thinking about marketing — one that views data not as noise, but as intellectual art.
