More than half (54%) of TikTok users ages 25-44 have gathered more information about a company or product after hearing about it on the platform, according to a December report from Edison Research.
Those who are 45+ show a significant influence to follow a brand/company on TikTok or another social media platform after hearing about a product or service on TikTok.
Keep in mind, those 45+ didn't grow up with technology at their fingertips. This space is still new and exciting for them, compared to digital natives.
