An annual engagement for professionals and business leaders who want regular preparation, practice and feedback. What will we work through: How do I communicate clearly as more people look to me for direction? What happens to my presence when I'm under pressure? Can I give feedback, handle disagreement and listen without rushing to defend myself? How do I adapt to different audiences and still sound like me? What's improving... and what keeps showing up? How the year works: We begin with your goals, current challenges and important occasions ahead. Across 14 scheduled sessions over 12 months, we prepare for real situations, rehearse, review how they went and adjust. Your annual plan sets out who you'll work with, session lengths and priorities. What you will receive: An agreed development plan, 14 working sessions, preparation and practice notes, progress reviews and a year-end plan for continuing on your own. The goal is for you to recognize what a situation calls for and decide what to practice next. Includes our complimentary printed and digital Bronthie Market Intelligence Executive Presence Practice Guide. Pricing: $35,000 for 14 sessions over 12 months. Billing agreement.
